Good health starts in the gut, but between processed food, chronic stress and sluggish digestion, most of us are carrying some kind of digestive baggage. Jess works with clients to find the actual root cause behind their symptoms, whether that’s constipation, bloating, diarrhoea, SIBO, IBD, food intolerances or an out-of-balance microbiome, and builds a plan around what each gut actually needs, including tailored detox support where it’s warranted.
Frequently Asked Questions
I've had bloating for years and just assumed it was normal for me. Is it?
No. Bloating that shows up regularly usually has a driver, whether that’s a microbiome imbalance, low stomach acid, food intolerances or something like SIBO. It’s common, but common isn’t the same as normal.
Do I need to cut out gluten and dairy to fix my gut?
Not necessarily. Jess doesn’t believe in restricting clients unnecessarily. Some do need a temporary elimination to calm things down, but the goal is always to work out what’s actually driving the issue rather than cutting foods forever without reason.
What does a typical digestive health plan involve?
It starts with understanding your history and symptoms, often alongside functional testing, then building a food and lifestyle plan around what’s found. Supplementation might come in to support gut repair, but food and daily habits do most of the heavy lifting.
