Olly is a passionate, vitalistic chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive at every stage of life. Born in Manly, she returned to the area a decade ago, fully embracing the beach lifestyle and establishing it as her forever home. Olly believes that true health comes from supporting the body’s innate ability to heal, adapt, and self-regulate.
After completing both her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, Olly spent time practicing in rural New South Wales. Finding her feet in a busy country practice gave her invaluable clinical experience and refined her skills in managing diverse health conditions. This fast-paced environment shaped her into a compassionate listener who takes the time to truly understand each person’s unique health story, ensuring everyone she sees feels heard, valued, and supported. She welcomes patients of all ages from newborns and growing teenagers to busy adults and seniors, with the intention of supporting longterm health.
Her love for family wellness led her to pursue postgraduate education in paediatrics. This specialised training allows Olly to provide gentle, safe, and effective care tailored specifically to the unique developmental needs of babies and growing children. She brings a strong clinical perspective to family wellness, deeply valuing the role health plays in everyday life. Outside of work hours, she priorities spending time with her own family.
Embedded in the Northern Beaches community, Olly is a committed surfer, runner, and yoga practitioner who loves all things outdoors. She is a member of the Manly Mal Club and has taught at many local yoga studios. She is a big believer in the vital benefits of daily movement and mindfulness practices, embodying the vibrant, healthy life she wishes for her patients.
